These Services include services that assist our customers by providing solutions tailored to meet the specific business needs of the property & casualty and collision repair industries.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children in connection with the features of our Sites or Services. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information through our Sites or Services, we will immediately remove the individual’s Personal Information from our files.

8. Nevada Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Nevada, Nevada law (SB 220), permits customers in Nevada to opt-out of the sale of certain kinds of personal information. A sale under Nevada law is the transfer of this personal information to third parties for monetary consideration so these third parties can then re-sell or license the sold information. Manta Worldwide does not sell your personal information to third parties as defined in Nevada law. Each time you use our Site or Services the current version of the Policy will apply.
